Olivia at the zoo! Our first trip, we went with three friends and had a ball. The FW Zoo has a dinosaur exhibit that had Olivia a little nervous! They are really life like, moved and even roared! The other pics are from art day at the Art Museum and O walking Delilah. So CUTE!!

OLIVIA'S TWO!!
Here are some pic's from Olivia second Birthday Party! We threw a big Owl themed party, her first party since Dad was gone last year. This was a good one, that was a lot of fun for the kiddo's. We had custom cupcakes, Owl cookies, an Owl egg hunt, and best of all was a bubble machine that the kids loved! Thanks to all the friends and family that were able to make it!

Finally home again!
It's Official, we are finally back in our home with our family Together again!!! I'm a bit late posting this, we've been home since beginning of July, but we are now finally settled and getting back to our everyday. I'm still working at the hospital and Shaun is working very hard to get his Photography going. For anyone I haven't already given his info to he is at shaunbaileyphotography.com Miss O is growing like a weed! She loves having her Daddy home and shortly after he got here she has grown up and is now referring to him just as Dad. They play constantly, and just tonight we were running around the house playing chase. Daddy chasing Mom with O, O chasing Mom, everyone chasing O. She hides from us now and enjoys when we can't see her, sometimes we can see her, but then she just closes her eyes. She is really becoming funny. She has mastered a dirty look which she narrows her eyes and looks up at you from under her lashes. Good thing it only lasts for a few seconds then she will break it and smile at you! We love her dearly and are so happy for each day with her. I think I have already forgotten what we did without her. Looking back now, it seems to have been a very fast 17months.
We are sending love to ya all!

My Little Flower Child! This was a few months ago, notice the long sleeves! She was playing with a puzzle that her Aunt Stephanie and Steve gave her for Chirstmas. It is adorable carved wood puzzle of her name, WE LOVE IT! Now if only I can not lose all the pieces;)

Olivia LOVES music and singing. This is a sample of how excited she gets at church! Too bad the camera isn't allowed in church. She was standing on a chair "singing" with us in Relief Society last week. This girl is really something!

Kari's!
(Shaun speaking) I was finally able to get some of my film stuff scanned in properly when I got back to school after being home over Christmas. While I was trying to gather all the negatives I wanted to get scanned in, I came across 2 rolls that Kari and I shot last Christmas that had some cool stuff from the stockyards and downtown.

We had such a great time at Christmas! I'll have to let Shaun put some pics of that on. I think he took some. When he comes home I don't worry about getting pictures. Olivia had a wonderful first Christmas! She got all kinds of toys from everyone! She is still exploring each one. Music is one of her favorite things and she loves anything with it. She is starting to dance by bouncing around and is still trying to walk. She stands on her own really well but no steps alone yet. She was 10 months old on Christmas eve! Shaun and I are both shocked how fast she is growing. She says Mama, Dada (only when he is here) and doggy. She also has started to say Kiko which is Andrew's girlfriend Ross's dog. She is a huge dog that loves Olivia. Since she is still crawling still she has taken to carrying around items in her mouth, right now she is crawling with two puzzle pieces sticking out of her mouth. She is a very smart baby. Olivia and I are both sad that Shaun had to leave on Sunday. The time together was a wonderful tease, but we are all looking forward to this summer when he is home for good! Getting back to our house and our family will be Heavenly!!! For now we just keep moving forward. Shaun is excited to get school going again, and is busy there. He has some pics up on his blog and on flicker under Shaunbailey

We have had a wonderful trip to see Shaun, our thanksgiving was a very special one. Despite the fact that we weren't with family we were lucky enough to have friends to share the holiday with. We spent it with Shaun's high school friend Kim and her new husband Chris. We had a very good dinner at Chris's cousin's Maria's house. We really enjoyed meeting all of Chris family and being welcomed so warmly. We actually spent the entire weekend with Kim and Chris. We stayed at their home in Portland Maine and drove up to Bangor to visit with Kim's parents and to see Shaun's old hometown. This was a lot of fun seeing all the places Shaun has told me all about. Saturday we drove home from Bangor which took about 5 hours and made Olivia grumpy! But we made it home to go to church in the morning and got to have dinner with the missionaries and two lady's in the ward. We had a wonderful time there and so enjoyed getting to know some people in this area. I am getting sad to leave him here but excited that he will be coming home for christmas so soon! Hope you all have happy holidays!
